1. Precise Customization: The Induction Melting Steel Shell Furnace is Designed to Meet Core Needs from the Initial Stage

Kangda Electric Furnace adheres to the "customer-centric" philosophy, forming a dedicated technical team to conduct in-depth collaboration based on the actual conditions of the client's workshop. The core 3T medium-frequency induction melting steel shell furnace was optimized throughout its design based on the client's actual working conditions: 3D modeling technology was used to precisely plan the equipment layout of the induction melting furnace; a modular structure was adopted to adapt to limited workshop space; and a high-precision intelligent temperature control system was installed to ensure the temperature control accuracy of the medium-frequency induction melting furnace reaches ±5℃, perfectly matching the melting process requirements of special alloy steels.

  • The series resonant medium frequency power supply, as the core power unit of the medium-frequency induction melting furnace, is based on the principle of series resonant circuits and achieves efficient energy conversion and precise control through frequency tracking technology, providing a stable, efficient, and intelligent energy supply for the furnace. 

  • The closed cooling tower, as the core cooling system of the induction melting furnace, provides a stable and clean cooling medium for key components through the working principle of "closed-loop circulation + evaporative heat dissipation." It solves problems such as overheating, performance degradation, and safety risks under high-temperature conditions, and is an indispensable supporting equipment to ensure the continuous, efficient, and safe operation of the induction melting furnace.

  • The induction coil is the "heart" of the medium-frequency induction melting furnace. It directly converts the electrical energy output from the medium-frequency power supply into the heat energy of the metal charge through the principle of electromagnetic induction, thereby achieving the heating, melting, and heat preservation of the charge. The induction coil is made of hollow copper tube with a continuous cooling water channel inside, which can withstand the high-temperature radiation of the molten metal in the melting furnace and ensure the equipment can operate continuously for 24 hours.
